Our certified saddle fitters are on the road throughout Germany
and even Europe and will come to your stable too!
How do appointments and saddle adjustments work?
You contact our Customer Service
and give us the following data:
- Personal Information
- contact details
- size
- weight and/or pants size
- equestrian ambitions
- Information about your horse
- stable address
- size/breed
- age
- current training status
Our saddle fitters also need pictures of your horse:
- from the side; the whole horse in a standing position without a saddle
- photographed above the croup towards the withers
The horses shoulders must be clearly visible!

On the agreed date, our saddle fitters bring along a selection of suitable saddles from our own stock of approx. 800 saddles.
The rider now has the opportunity to thoroughly test and try out the saddles.
When the right saddle is found, you can buy it directly or we order your dream saddle according to your wishes and specifications.
The saddle will be delivered to you and optimally adjusted after production in the saddle factory.
After about three months we will check the saddle for you free of charge and cushion it if necessary.
Of course, we would be happy to work and cooperate with your riding instructor,
farrier, physiotherapists, osteopaths and veterinarians.
